Delivery Terms

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons, or due to bad weather conditions, or other unpredictable factors, shipping times may vary.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping to Greece is free of charge. Packages are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki and tracking information will be provided.

Delivery times: 1-3 business days depending on your exact location.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

You may arrange in-store pickup at 3 Havriou st. Athens, 10562, Greece. After placing your order and selecting in-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING

International Standard Shipping is free of charge. Packages are shipped via ELTA-Hellenic Post registered mail, and tracking information will be provided. Upon arrival in your country packages will be handled by your public postal services.

Keep in mind that some countries do not provide online tracking information for overseas packages.

Estimated Delivery Times (Standard Shipping): 10-15 business days

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING (€ 8)

International Express Shipping is handled by DHL and tracking information will be provided. A signature will be required upon delivery.

We offer international express shipping to the following countries:

AUSTRALIA: 4-7 business days
U.S.A: 3-6 business days
EUROPEAN UNION: 1-3 business days

 

CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

Customs fees, duties, or other taxes (including VAT) may be imposed in some countries. Customers are responsible for any extra charges. Please check your country’s regulations before purchasing.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

For standard shipping, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For express shipping, information will be available after a few hours.

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (standard shipping) or 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (express shipping), please contact us at info@silvertraits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

Only Standard Shipping is available to P.O. Box and military addresses.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is returned unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@silvertraits.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
