SHOPPING QUESTIONS

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once you have found the piece of jewelry you would like, you may select the details you prefer from the drop-down menu (color, karats, personalizations, etc.).
Then, you may click the “Add to cart” button to proceed to checkout.
Your order will be placed as soon as you have completed the checkout process.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Customs fees, duties, or other taxes may be applied in some countries. Customers are responsible for any extra charges. Please check with your country’s regulations before purchasing.

GIFT WRAPPING AND GIFT MESSAGES

All pieces of jewelry will be gift wrapped separately. Whether the piece is for you or for someone special, the wrapping will ensure that it will be delivered safely but also in style.

You may add a gift message to your order. Please write the message you wish in the “Notes” box, before proceeding to checkout.

IN-STORE PICKUP

RESPONSIBILITY

We are only responsible for items we have made. Should an item arrive damaged we will repair it without any extra charges. If there are any other problems we are always here to solve them.
Please refrain from trying to repair a piece on your own. We will not be responsible for damages caused by others. Items that have been altered in any way by third-parties, can not be returned and will not be refunded.
We are always available to discuss any questions you might have.

SHIPPING TIMES

We know that when you purchase a lovely piece of jewelry, you are eager to receive it and wear it. Waiting for it to arrive can be most frustrating. Since we have no control over the post office, we are doing everything we can to minimize the production time of each item so we can have it shipped sooner.
Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons, or due to bad weather conditions or other unpredictable factors, shipping times may vary.
We always provide a tracking number for every item, but unfortunately we can not guarantee the estimated shipping times once your order has left Greece.
If you have any trouble tracking your order down, please contact us so that we may help you get more information.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard shipping is handled by public postal services. Items are shipped via ELTA – Hellenic Post and they are registered. Upon arrival to your country, they will be handled by your local public postal services.
Tracking information will be available at your country’s official post office website.
Keep in mind that a few countries don’t offer online information for overseas mail, even registered. If you have any problems tracking your package, please contact us so that we can help you further.

Express shipping is handled by DHL and it is available in the European Union, the USA, and Australia. If you are located elsewhere, please contact us so that we can discuss other options.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Every piece of jewelry is special. It is a part of your life. It is either a reminder of a precious moment, a gift from a loved one, or even that little extra something you give yourself once in a while just because you deserve it!
Taking care of your jewelry is important!
Each piece of jewelry comes with a polishing cloth and care instructions.

GENERAL TIPS

Always store your pieces in a jewelry box separately to avoid scratches.
Remove all jewelry before showering or swimming, or before exercising.
Protect your pieces from perfumes, lotions, etc. You should always apply all cosmetics before putting on your jewelry.
We always recommend that you remove all jewelry before sleeping.

SILVER JEWELRY

Sterling silver jewelry and oxidized sterling silver items should never come into contact with chlorine. It can damage and discolor your silver jewelry permanently. You should always remove your jewelry before using bleach or swimming in a pool.

OXIDIZED STERLING SILVER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Oxidized silver pieces are specially treated to produce the blackish color. They should not be cleaned at all. The oxidization will naturally fade out a bit with time and wear. But polishing cloths and chemicals will remove their color. If you need to clean an oxidized piece, you should use a simple soft cloth that is chemical and polish-free. Always keep your oxidized jewelry pieces separately. The oxidization may tarnish the rest of your shiny jewelry.

SHINY STERLING SILVER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Sterling silver jewelry pieces may tarnish naturally over time. But they can be cleaned easily using a polishing cloth appropriate for silver jewelry. Avoid cleaning any gemstones. The polish may damage the stones. Always rinse your pieces in water after polishing.

Resizing is part of our service. Should there be any problems with the size you selected, please contact us so that we can help.

DIMENSIONS

The dimensions of each piece are indicated in the product description. Please be aware that pictures may be zoomed in depending on the device you are using.

COLORS

Please keep in mind that the colors of metals and precious stones may slightly vary from the ones in the photos.
